1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xbje ("xbje", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at xbje.io and all associated subdomains and services.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the xbje platform — including the sportsbook, casino games, live dealer tables, account management system, promotional services, or any other feature offered by xbje — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is unlawful.
• You must not have previously had an xbje account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

3Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of xbje services, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one xbje account. Operating more than one account — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same household — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account details promptly if any of your information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or payment method ownership — is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbje username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xbje immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

xbje operates a Know Your Customer verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any point. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on xbje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbje supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your xbje account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• xbje does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which xbje accepts no responsibility.
• All deposited funds must be used for betting or gaming activity. Depositing funds with no intention of placing bets, for the purpose of processing a withdrawal only, is a breach of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 15 to 20 minutes during standard operating hours.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. xbje may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, as published in your account settings.
• xbje reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending completion of security checks, KYC verification, or investigation of suspicious activity.

5Bonuses and Promotions

xbje offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion in addition to these general Terms.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed account verification unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account. Wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus offers carry a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and minimum odds (for sports betting) are detailed in each individual promotion's terms. As a general rule, bets placed on games with a theoretical return-to-player of 96% or above contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; other games may contribute at a reduced rate.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

xbje reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has exploited or attempted to exploit a bonus offer. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedge bets to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players in connection with promotional play.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on xbje are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market. Casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the relevant game studio. In all cases, the rules as displayed on the xbje platform at the time of play constitute the applicable rules for that bet or game session.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation.
• xbje reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced where in-play betting was not offered for that event.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, xbje's decision, based on available official and independent sources, is final.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games on xbje use certified random number generators provided by the respective game studio. Game outcomes are independently audited and are not influenced by xbje.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a casino session, any unresolved bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum win caps may apply to individual casino games as specified by the game provider. xbje accepts no liability for winnings withheld by a game provider in accordance with that provider's published rules.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbje platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their account suspended immediately, all funds forfeited, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Money laundering: Using xbje to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from criminal activity, or using the platform to obscure the origin of funds.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets on the basis of insider information, or participating in or facilitating the fixing of any sporting event.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in respect of funds deposited to xbje.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated live betting.
• System exploitation: Exploiting bugs, errors, or unintended features of the xbje platform to gain an unfair financial advantage.

8Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by xbje

xbje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: a player has breached these Terms; there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity; a player fails to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or xbje is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction. In such cases, xbje will provide notice to the registered email address where it is lawful and practical to do so.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your xbje account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, xbje will process the closure within 3 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after the completion of any pending wagering activity and the passing of any applicable fraud checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the xbje platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent exclusion. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the xbje platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the xbje platform without the prior written consent of xbje.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the xbje platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of betting winnings due to technical errors, or damage to your device or software.

xbje's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the xbje platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xbje does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical disruption. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service failures may temporarily affect access to some or all features of the platform. xbje will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to restore service promptly.

12Privacy and Data

xbje collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the xbje platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

xbje implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect the personal and financial data of its players.
